- Client Responsibilities
As a client of Drum Cafe Canada, you agree to:
a. Provide accurate and up-to-date information: You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when engaging our Services. This includes providing necessary details about your event, participants, and any specific requirements.
b. Compliance with laws and regulations: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies when using our Services. This includes obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or permissions required for hosting events or engaging in activities.
c. Cooperation and participation: You agree to cooperate with Drum Cafe’s facilitators and team members during the Services, including actively participating in drumming activities and following instructions provided.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with Drum Cafe’s Services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary materials, are owned by Drum Cafe or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of Drum Cafe’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
- Payment and Cancellation
a. Payment: Payment terms for our Services will be outlined in the agreement or proposal between Drum Cafe and the client. Payment should be made in the agreed-upon manner and within the specified time frame.
b. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of Services, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement or proposal between Drum Cafe and the client. Additional charges or fees may apply based on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Drum Cafe Canada and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. This includes but is not limited to any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in drumming activities or events organized by Drum Cafe.
